Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and clients.
- Handle inbound queries and provide appropriate information.
- Maintain and update customer databases.
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
- Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams.
- Assist with administrative tasks when necessary.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Typing speed of 35-40 words per minute (WPM).
- Basic knowledge of data handling and data entry.
- Experience in telecalling or a similar role is preferred .
