About Mind Logist:
Mind Logist is leading logistics finishing school based in Kochi, shaping the careers of aspiring logistics professionals. We provide hands-on training, combining classroom learning with real-world experiences to make our students job-ready within just six months.
Role Overview:
We are looking for motivated Telecallers to handle inquiries, provide program information, and generate leads for our admissions team. If you are a people person with excellent communication skills, this role is perfect for you!
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students and parents, addressing their inquiries about our logistics training programs.
- Provide detailed information about course offerings, admission procedures, and career opportunities.
- Follow up on leads generated through various marketing channels.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer responses in the system.
- Assist with the registration and admission process when needed.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, MS Excel).
- Strong ability to persuade and build rapport with callers.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
