Tele Caller Executive
- Making outbound calls to prospective or existing customers to promote products, services, or offers.
- Handling inbound customer queries, complaints, and requests in a professional manner.
- Building and maintaining positive customer relationships.
- Addressing customer concerns, providing solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Identifying potential leads, qualifying them, and pitching products or services.
- Converting inquiries into sales by persuading customers with clear and compelling information.
- Recording customer interactions, contact information, and sales progress in CRM systems.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer information, sales, and feedback.
- Achieving daily, weekly, or monthly sales targets set by the company.
- Staying motivated and resilient in the face of rejection to ensure performance consistency.
- Adhering to pre-written scripts or guidelines during calls to ensure consistent communication.
- Following up on previous interactions or calls as necessary.
- Conducting basic research on potential customers or markets to tailor the sales pitch accordingly.
- Collecting feedback from customers to improve services or products.
- Coordinating with team members, sales departments, or managers to align strategies.
- Sharing important customer feedback or insights with the team to enhance overall operations.
- Following company policies, including confidentiality and compliance with telemarketing laws.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
