Job Title: Telecaller
Job Description:
As a Telecaller, you will play a key role in driving sales by making outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell our products/services. You will engage directly with clients, address their queries, and assist them in making informed decisions. The position demands excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong commitment to meeting sales targets.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month

As a Telecaller, you will play a key role in driving sales by making outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell our products/services. You will engage directly with clients, address their queries, and assist them in making informed decisions. The position demands excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong commitment to meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Contact leads generated from various sources to introduce and promote our products or services.
- Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with potential clients by actively listening to their needs and providing relevant information.
- Sales Conversion: Persuade prospective customers to make purchases, schedule appointments, or sign up for services.
- Data Entry: Accurately record customer interactions, calls, and sales information in the CRM system.
- Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about product features, pricing, and industry trends to address customer inquiries effectively.
- Feedback Collection: Gather valuable customer feedback to assist in improving products/services and refining sales strategies.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is an advantage.
- Experience: Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear, friendly, and professional tone.
- Persuasion Skills: Strong ability to influence and convince customers effectively.
- Listening Skills: Active listening skills to understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office; basic computer skills are essential.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Goal-Oriented: Self-motivated and driven to meet and exceed sales targets.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
Education:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)
