Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and persuasive Sales Telecaller to join our dynamic team at MM Design Studio, an Interior Design and Build firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, generating leads, and converting inquiries into sales appointments. Your goal will be to promote our design and build services, build strong client relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Outreach:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce the company’s interior design and build services.
Follow up on inquiries received through digital platforms, website, and other channels.
Lead Generation:
Identify potential clients through market research and by using available databases.
Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Sales Pitch & Product Knowledge:
Communicate clearly and effectively to present the company’s services and offerings.
Develop a deep understanding of our portfolio and tailor sales pitches according to client needs.
Relationship Building:
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to encourage future business.
Follow-up & Reporting:
Regularly follow up with prospective clients through calls and emails.
Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly leads and conversions to the sales manager.
Achieve Targets:
Work towards and achieve the set sales and lead generation targets.
Maintain a high conversion rate from inquiries to actual sales.
Key Skills & Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Prior experience in telecalling or sales, ideally in the interior design or construction industry.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Good knowledge of interior design trends and the services offered by design-build firms (preferable but not mandatory).
Ability to handle rejections and stay motivated.
Proficient in using CRM systems and basic computer applications.
Self-driven with a passion for meeting sales goals.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred).
1-3 years of telecalling/sales experience in a similar or relevant industry.
Fluency in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus).
