Job Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and persuasive Telecaller to join our team in Kochi. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, and assisting in customer inquiries. Female candidates with 6 months to 1 year of telecalling experience are preferred for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and promote company products/services.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide detailed information about the products/services offered.
- Maintain a database of customer information and update it with relevant details.
- Achieve daily and monthly call targets set by the company.
- Follow up with prospects and ensure timely communication.
- Address customer queries and complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
- Report daily call activities and results to the supervisor.
- Bachelor’s degree
- 6 months to 1 year of telecalling or customer service experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to convince and influence potential customers.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
- Basic computer knowledge, including familiarity with MS Office and database management.
- Salary: ₹10,000 to ₹12,000 per month, based on experience.
