Tecnical Floor Supervisor service
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service:
- Greet customers promptly and courteously.
- Understand and address customer concerns and complaints.
- Ensure that customers are kept informed about the status of their vehicles.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints effectively.
- Service Floor Management:
- Assign work to technicians based on their expertise and availability.
- Monitor the progress of service jobs and ensure timely completion.
- Maintain a clean and organized service floor.
- Manage inventory of spare parts and supplies.
- Quality Control:
- Ensure that all service work is performed according to Maruti Suzuki standards.
- Conduct quality checks on completed service jobs.
- Identify and address any quality issues.
- Team Management:
- Supervise and motivate service technicians.
- Provide training and development opportunities for team members.
- Resolve conflicts and maintain a positive work environment.
- Reporting:
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on service operations.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer satisfaction, technician productivity, and service turnaround time.
- Safety:
- Ensure that all safety procedures are followed on the service floor.
- Provide safety training to team members.
- Maintain a safe and hazard-free work environment.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
