Supervise call center agents, including those handling customer service, sales, and support calls related to bar and beverage services
Monitor and manage call queues, wait times, and agent productivity
Ensure prompt and attentive service to customers via phone, email, or chat
Bar and Beverage Expertise:
Provide expert knowledge of bar operations, cocktails, and beverage services to call center agents and customers
Develop and implement training programs to enhance agents' knowledge of bar and beverage services
Ensure compliance with alcohol handling and service regulations
Staff Management:
Train and develop agents to improve performance and knowledge
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback
Manage staff conflicts and resolve issues promptly
Quality Assurance:
Monitor and evaluate agent performance, providing coaching and feedback
Ensure compliance with quality standards, policies, and procedures
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in a supervisory role in a bar, restaurant, or hospitality environment
3+ year of experience in a call center or customer service environment
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and multitask
Strong knowledge of bar operations, cocktails, and beverage services
Basic math skills and accuracy with data analysis
Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Certification in alcohol handling and service preferred
Good communication skills
