We are looking for freshers and qualified Tamil speaking Tele-callers who will offer excellent customer service and post purchase support.
Responsibilities:
Overseeing the customer service process.
Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
Planning the training and standardization of service delivery.
Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and providing feedback to the staff.
Maintaining a pleasant working environment for your team.
Requirements:

Excellent Hindi and English communication skills.
Excellent written and oral Tamil communication skills.
