Job Description: We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Tally Faculty to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for training both freshers and experienced accountants in advanced Tally usage, including its automation features. This role is designed to help candidates develop their skills in efficient financial management using Tally software.

Job Description: We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Tally Faculty to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for training both freshers and experienced accountants in advanced Tally usage, including its automation features. This role is designed to help candidates develop their skills in efficient financial management using Tally software.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct training sessions for freshers and experienced accountants on advanced Tally features, including automation and reporting.
- Provide in-depth guidance on Tally's GST integration, inventory management, payroll processing, and financial analysis tools.
- Stay updated on the latest features of Tally software and integrate them into training programs.
- Assess trainees' progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve.
- Ensure a positive and engaging learning environment for all trainees.
- Collaborate with management to develop and refine training materials and course content.
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or related field.
- Strong knowledge of Tally Prime and its advanced features.
- Prior experience in training or teaching Tally software.
- Proficiency in GST, Payroll, Inventory, and other financial modules within Tally.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and effective manner.
- A passion for teaching and helping others succeed in their careers.
- Female candidates are preferred for this role.
