Strategic Planner
1. Be a link and act as a co-ordinator between sales team & production team.
2. Monitors and maintains inventory levels of RM and FG and ensures sufficient stocks at all time based on orders and forecasts.
3. Processes purchasing request of RM and purchasing order of FG as required.
4. Ensures correct items are available in production/ order packing as per sales order.
5. Daily calls/ updates from sales team on expected orders, pipeline and customer forecast.
6. Making sure customers specific/custom requirements of packaging/ labels on order are met.
7. Keep strong planning/ records of best-selling items and managing their inventory levels accordingly.
