Position: Store cum Admin Incharge
Location: Udhampur (Only for local candidates)
Experience: Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in store and admin department
Notice Period: Immediate to within 15 Days
Job Description:
Record Keeping:
Record daily materials receipt and consumption.
Check stock against records regularly.
Maintain accurate records of materials received, including quality reports.
Issue materials based on indent for various tasks.
Supervision and Management:
Supervise site to prevent wastage or improper use of materials.
Ensure recollection of any unused materials at the end of the workday.
Keep display boards updated with current stock information.
Supplier Coordination:
Follow up with material suppliers, coordinating with the purchase department.
Ensure timely supply of materials.
Administrative Duties:
Maintain records of cash purchases, utility bills (Electricity, Water), etc.
Ensure compliance with government regulations for a clean and safe working environment.
Team Management:
Supervise other staff members in the store.
Maintain comprehensive records of the store's activities.
Logistics Handling:
Coordinate and manage freight and equipment movement.
Implement first in first out (FIFO) method for storage of goods.
