Position: Denter-Welder cum Painter

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various types of engines, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
Responsibilities:
· Assess vehicle damage and determine repair requirements.
· Perform dent repair, welding, and panel replacement as needed.
· Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding, masking, and priming.
· Mix and apply paint using appropriate techniques and equipment.
· Ensure color match and quality finish according to manufacturer specifications.
· Conduct quality inspections to ensure repairs meet industry standards.
· Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
· Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times.
Qualifications:
· Diploma (ITI) or equivalent qualification required.
· Proven experience as a denter-welder and painter in the automotive industry.
· Proficiency in dent repair, welding, and painting techniques.
· Knowledge of automotive paints, materials, and equipment.
· Attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,086.00 - ₹21,779.34 per month
