Job Description: We are seeking a skilled **Store and Purchase Executive** to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the procurement of materials, managing inventory, and ensuring smooth coordination between suppliers and our production team Key Responsibilities: Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for raw materials and services. - Maintain accurate inventory levels to meet production demands without overstocking. - Conduct stock audits and ensure proper store management practices. - Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of materials. - Prepare reports on purchasing activities, stock levels, and cost analysis. - Monitor market trends and supplier performance to optimize purchasing costs. ### **Qualifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. - Minimum 2+ years of experience in procurement, storekeeping, or inventory management. - Strong negotiation and vendor management skills. - Experience using inventory management systems or ERP software. - Excellent communication and organizational skills.
