Purchase Executive

Job Description:
· Responsible for buy in goods and services to fulfill the organizational needs and also managing procurement operations for the organizations' projects.
· Responsible for billing clearances.
· Responsible for buildup and maintain the company’s sourcing capabilities and supply chain, negotiating with suppliers and vendors in order to acquire the most cost-effective deals and to reduce procurement expenses, ensure that all procurement activities and processes meet quality standards.
· Checking of necessary documents for compliance and efficient use of tally/zoho/MS office to include all agreed terms of the transaction. Internal audit of PO for accuracy and compliance.
· Adhere to organizational standard policies and procedures to meet the agreed deadlines and SLA’s.
· Responsible for billing of incoming payments with attention to credibility.
· Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile accounts payable and receivable, Produce error-free accounting reports, and present the results.
· Responsible for making payments and refunds,
Maintain records of goods ordered and received.

· Creation of transaction-related folders and checklists
Updating/creation of item codes, Data Base Management

· Research potential vendors.
· Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers.
· Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing.
· Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
· Review quality of purchased products.
· Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases.
· Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices.
· Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses.
· Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.
· Track advance payment
· Make follow up with suppliers for material
· Prepare & maintain Bill of Materials
· Prepare & maintain Bill of quantities
· Review quality of purchased products
· purchase bills verification
· vendor & contractor management
· Responsible for implementing internal procurement strategies to cater to high delivery and short lead time requirements
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
