Job description:-
1. Set and implement social media optimized campaign.
2. Setting up of various social media channels and maintaining brand consistency.
3. Prepare engaging text, image (info graphic) and video content for social media accounts. Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner.
4. Maintain social media profiles- Facebook, Instagram Linked In etc.
5. Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews and generate ROI.
6. Create content calendars for each platform and work with a team of content writers and graphic designers.
7. Develop a social media strategy to engage existing audiences and acquire new customers.
8. Conduct research and curate campaigns to drive organic traffic.
9. Create content calendars for each platform.
10. Manage day to day handling postings on all platforms according to the calendar and keep up with the new algorithms and newly launched engagement tools.
11. Gather and respond to the leads coming on social media channels and monitor, analyse and report the performance using tools like google analytics Facebook insights.
12. Client coordination/handling.
