Digital Marketing Assistant

About Us:
We are a dynamic digital marketing agency seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Digital Marketing Assistant to support our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will help monitor and analyze the performance of digital campaigns, create reports, and provide actionable insights to optimize the marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Monitor and track the performance of digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) across various platforms.
2. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on campaign performance, including metrics such as CTR, conversion rates, CPA, and ROAS.
3. Analyze campaign data to identify any potential issues or trends, and report findings to the senior team.
4. Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Manager to suggest and implement necessary changes and optimizations to improve campaign performance.
5. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, particularly related to reporting and performance tracking.
6. Provide recommendations on audience targeting, ad creative improvements, and budget allocation based on insights.
7. Assist in setting up new campaigns and ensuring proper tracking mechanisms are in place (Google Analytics, tracking pixels, etc.).

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
