Job Summary: Studio Underground, a premier production house specializing in film production, live streaming, and related services, is seeking a dynamic Social Media Marketing Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing our social media presence across various platforms to enhance brand awareness, engage with our audience, and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy:
Develop and implement effective social media strategies aligned with Studio Underground’s marketing objectives.
Create and maintain a social media content calendar to ensure consistent posting and engagement.
Content Creation & Management:
Develop, curate, and manage high-quality, engaging content across various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linked In, You Tube).
Collaborate with the creative team to produce visually appealing multimedia content, including videos, graphics, and promotional materials.
Community Engagement:
Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers and potential clients on social media platforms to foster community and enhance the brand’s online reputation.
Identify and engage with influencers and key stakeholders in the industry to expand the brand’s reach.
Campaign Management:
Plan, execute, and manage paid social media campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and sales.
Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Analytics & Reporting:
Track, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, conversions) to measure the success of campaigns.
Use data-driven insights to adjust strategies and improve overall social media performance.
Trend Monitoring:
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure Studio Underground remains innovative and competitive.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the production and marketing teams to align social media activities with broader marketing campaigns and business goals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in social media marketing, preferably within the film production or media industry.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics, and advertising tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and design.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
