2. Scheduling
Develop and manage the production schedule, ensuring that the project stays on track.
Coordinate with department heads to make sure deadlines are met.
Adjust schedules as needed due to unforeseen delays or changes in the project.
3. Hiring and Staffing
Collaborate with the producer and director to hire key crew members.
Ensure that the crew and talent contracts are in place.
Oversee the allocation of tasks and resources to ensure the production is adequately staffed.
