Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about social media trends, adept at creating engaging content, and has a knack for building and maintaining a strong online presence. As a Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy, managing social media accounts, and monitoring social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Linked In, Youtube and Tik Tok.
- Manage and maintain the organization's social media accounts, including posting updates, responding to comments and messages, and engaging with followers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging and content across all social media channels.
- Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications and recommend strategies for adoption to improve performance.
- Analyze social media metrics and prepare regular reports to measure the success of social media campaigns and initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing and incorporate them into our strategy.
- Crafting compelling content, including engaging reels and eye-catching graphics, will be second nature to you. Leveraging analytics, you'll refine campaigns for maximum impact, ensuring our brand shines in the digital sphere.
- Track record of success in growing social media channels and driving conversions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Demonstrated ability to create engaging content for social media platforms.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms and best practices.
- Excellent attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with graphic design and video editing software.
- Familiarity with paid social media advertising campaigns.
- Experience managing social media accounts for B2B or B2C brands.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
