Key Responsibilities:
Data Input:
Accurately enter data from various sources (e.g., paper documents, digital files) into databases, spreadsheets, or other software applications.
Verify and review data for accuracy and completeness before inputting it into the system.
Data Maintenance:
Update and maintain existing data in databases, ensuring information is current and correct.
Conduct regular data audits to identify and correct errors or discrepancies.
File Management:
Organize and manage physical and digital files, ensuring easy access and retrieval of information.
Ensure proper documentation and filing of all data entry tasks.
Reporting:
Generate and prepare reports based on data entered, as required by management or specific departments.
Assist in analyzing data and providing insights to support business operations.
Confidentiality:
Handle sensitive information with care and maintain confidentiality in accordance with company policies and data protection regulations.
Adhere to compliance requirements related to data handling and storage.
