Key Responsibilities:
- Skincare Treatments:
- Perform a variety of skincare services, including facials, peels, and specialized treatments tailored to clients' needs.
- Conduct thorough skin analyses to determine clients' skin types and conditions.
- Client Consultation:
- Consult with clients to understand their skincare goals and recommend appropriate treatments and products.
- Educate clients on skincare regimens, product usage, and lifestyle factors affecting skin health.
- Product Knowledge:
- Stay updated on the latest skincare products and techniques, and provide recommendations based on client needs.
- Maintain knowledge of ingredients, benefits, and contraindications of products used.
- Hygiene and Safety:
- Adhere to all sanitation and safety protocols to ensure a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, ensuring all equipment is properly sanitized.
- Client Retention:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat visits.
- Follow up with clients post-treatment to assess satisfaction and recommend follow-up services.
- Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with other therapists and staff to provide a seamless experience for clients.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Certification or diploma in esthetics or skincare therapy from an accredited institution.
- 2+ years of experience in a skincare or spa setting.
- Strong knowledge of various skincare treatments and products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
