Site Supervisor (Bridge)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:-
- Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.
- Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors.
- Recommending changes to construction operations or procedures to increase efficiency.
- Knowledge of procurement of construction material its proper storage and accounting process.
- Should have idea of quality of construction materials, various types of tests to be conducted.
- Should have hiring knowledge of manpower, tools and its proper deployment as per site/activity requirement.
- Should have idea of resolving the conflicts between working staffs.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a knack for fostering teamwork and collaboration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- 3-5 Yrs. Experience in Bridge Construction. (Major / Minor Bridge, Box Culvert work)
- Diploma in civil Engineering/ Science Graduate from a recognized intuition.
- Idea of laying PCC / RCC at site, Knowledge of checking of Reinforcements placed in various segments of structure.
- Knowledge of Monitoring of Quality & Quantity of Materials procured at site and Man power & Machineries mobilized at site.
- Basic Knowledge of Testing of Materials & Concrete Work
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
