Position Overview:
The Trainee Supervisor/Foreman role is designed for ambitious candidates ready to immerse themselves in the full spectrum of site-based construction activities. Over the course of the 3-year training program, successful candidates will develop essential skills in project management, construction supervision, and team leadership. You will work closely with our experienced professionals, gaining in-depth knowledge of modern construction practices, project execution, and site management. This role is field-based and requires a commitment to working in challenging outdoor environments, often under time-sensitive conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with on-site execution teams, assisting in the day-to-day management of construction activities and ensuring smooth project delivery.
Develop a deep understanding of earthworks, surveying techniques, and daily progress monitoring.
Learn to interpret and implement construction drawings and plans, ensuring work aligns with design specifications and project requirements.
Assist in the preparation and application of bar bending schedules, a critical component for managing reinforcement works.
Understand key concepts of project profitability, cost management, and reconciliation, helping you build financial acumen essential for successful project supervision.
Monitor and report on construction progress, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
Participate in quality assurance processes, adhering to industry best practices and company standards to ensure that safety protocols are strictly followed.
Gain exposure to equipment handling, effective resource allocation, and manpower management to optimize site operations.
Learn to manage labor, materials, and on-site equipment efficiently, working towards becoming a confident leader capable of driving teams to meet project goals.

Candidate Requirements:
