Showroom Sales Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers in the showroom, providing information about products and services.
- Product Demonstration: Showcase product features and benefits, helping customers make informed decisions.
- Sales Transactions: Process sales transactions, including handling payments and generating receipts.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking products as needed.
- Follow-Up: Maintain relationships with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Market Knowledge: Stay updated on product trends, competitors, and market conditions to effectively sell products.
- Promotional Activities: Assist in organizing and executing promotional events or sales campaigns.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions, providing reports to management as required.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or a related field is a plus.
- Experience: Previous sales or customer service experience preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong negotiation abilities; proficiency in sales software and point-of-sale systems.
- Attributes: Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and able to work in a team-oriented environment.
Working Conditions:
- Retail showroom environment with potential weekend and evening hours.
- May require standing for extended periods and occasional lifting of products.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
