Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service
- Coordinate sales requests, process transactions, and maintain accurate records
- Schedule service appointments and coordinate with technicians
- Maintain showroom displays and ensure a clean and organized environment
- Assist sales team with product knowledge, pricing, and inventory
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
- Collaborate with sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
- Provide administrative support to the showroom team as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a related industry or field (e.g., furniture, appliances, etc.)
- Knowledge of sales and service principles
- Certification in customer service or a related field
- Experience with software applications such as CRM systems
