Service Advisor
Job Description
· Provide clear cost/time estimates and keep customers informed of work progress
· Greet and welcome customers open repair order & refer vehicle history
· Ensure speedy maintenance and repair through clear identification of customers’ needs and accurate repair order preparation
· Create clear precise customer invoices that show and itemize all parts, labor and lubricant charges
· Maintains vehicle functioning & operator complaints by conducting inspections; repairing engine failures; repairing mechanical and electrical systems malfunctions; replacing parts and components; repairing body damage & warranty management
· Inspect customer vehicles for pre-existing damage & additional work require during reception
· Complete customer satisfaction by ensuring on-time delivery of the vehicle
What are we looking for?
· Degree/ Diploma in Auto/Mechanical or Graduate may be advantageous
· At least 2 years of experience in the automobile industry in similar role
· Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
· Strong organizational, decision making, and problem-solving skills
· The ability to communicate with customers and management
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
