Service Advisor
Responsibilities
Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Customer service: Greet customers, answer questions, and handle complaints
- Communication: Listen to customers, document their concerns, and relay them to the technical team
- Technical support: Consult with mechanics about repairs, alternatives, and costs
- Scheduling: Schedule appointments, drop-offs, and pick-ups
- Sales: Recommend additional services and products, and upsell to increase revenue
- Customer relations: Maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
- Administrative: Verify insurance coverage, test drive cars, and resolve complaints
- B. Tech in Mechanical or Diploma in Automobile engineering
- Proven 1 year experience as Service Advisor
- Freshers can apply
Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Kannur, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
- Diploma (Preferred)
- Service Advisor: 1 year (Preferred)
