Server Assistant / Runner
Job Summary: The Restaurant Runner plays a vital role in ensuring the seamless flow of service within the restaurant. This position involves delivering food and beverages from the kitchen to the guests, supporting servers, and maintaining a high standard of service to enhance the dining experience.

- Efficiently deliver orders from the kitchen to the appropriate tables while ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Verify that all items match the order before dispatching to the table.
- Provide friendly and attentive service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and that they have a pleasant dining experience.
- Address any immediate concerns or special requests from guests.
- Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Communicate clearly with servers about any issues or delays with orders.
- Ensure that all food and beverages are presented attractively and meet the restaurant's quality standards before serving.
- Report any discrepancies or quality issues to the kitchen or management promptly.
- Keep the service areas clean and organized, including clearing and resetting tables as needed.
- Ensure that all equipment used is clean and in good condition.
- Assist with stocking supplies and restocking items as needed to support ongoing service.
- Perform other tasks and duties as assigned by management to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
- Experience: Experience in a restaurant or similar fast-paced environment is a plus, but not required.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
