We are seeking an experienced SEO Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to improve our website’s visibility on major search engines. You will work closely with content creators, web developers, and the marketing team to drive organic growth, increase site traffic, and improve search engine rankings. Key Responsibilities:
SEO Strategy Development:
Develop and execute successful SEO strategies aligned with company goals and objectives.
Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify high-performing search terms and trends.
Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithms, and best practices.
On-Page Optimization:
Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, and internal links to improve search visibility.
Ensure website content is well-structured and follows SEO best practices.
Collaborate with content creators to optimize new and existing content for search engines.
Off-Page Optimization:
Develop link-building strategies to improve domain authority and page rankings.
Collaborate with influencers, bloggers, and other external partners to secure high-quality backlinks.
Technical SEO:
Perform regular audits of website performance and identify issues affecting SEO performance.
Work closely with the web development team to ensure proper implementation of SEO recommendations (e.g., site speed, mobile-friendliness, and crawlability).
Monitor website health using tools such as Google Search Console, ensuring there are no errors that could negatively impact SEO.
Analytics and Reporting:
Track and report on key SEO metrics such as organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversion rates.
Use tools like Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz to measure SEO performance and provide actionable insights.
Adjust strategies based on performance data to continuously improve results.
Competitor and Market Analysis:
Monitor competitor SEO strategies and industry trends to identify new opportunities.
Analyze SERP results and adjust tactics to outperform competition in organic search.
Collaboration with Other Teams:
Work closely with the content, social media, and PPC teams to ensure alignment across digital marketing efforts.
Provide SEO guidelines for copywriters, designers, and developers to enhance search visibility.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience as an SEO Specialist, Digital Marketer, or similar role.
Strong knowledge of SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or similar platforms.
Familiarity with keyword research, link-building techniques, and SEO reporting.
Solid understanding of on-page and off-page SEO best practices.
Technical SEO knowledge, including experience with website audits, page speed optimization, and mobile-friendly optimization.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain SEO concepts to non-technical team members.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Java Script is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Certifications in SEO or Digital Marketing.
Experience with content management systems (CMS) like Word Press.
