Email Marketing Trainee
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Email Marketing Trainee to join our marketing team and help grow our brand’s presence through effective email campaigns.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Supplemental Pay:
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotions, and product updates.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop compelling email content and visuals.
- Manage and maintain email lists, ensuring data accuracy and segmentation for targeted campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates, and provide recommendations for optimization.
- Conduct A/B testing on various aspects of email campaigns to improve overall performance.
- Help in the development of automated email workflows to nurture leads and engage customers.
- Stay up to date with email marketing best practices, trends, and compliance regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.).
- Assist in reporting on campaign performance and contribute to regular marketing team meetings.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or currently pursuing).
- Strong interest in digital marketing, especially email marketing.
- Basic understanding of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Hub Spot, or similar).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Hands-on experience with email marketing tools and strategies.
