We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Principal. As a Principal, you will play a key role in leading the school, managing a team, driving academic excellence, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Master's degree in education or related field.
- 2 years of experience in educational leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of educational principles, curriculum development, and assessment methods.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate staff, students, and parents.
- Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives, manage resources, and achieve results.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month

- Foster strong relationships with parents, guardians, and the local community, promoting transparency, communication, and involvement.
- Manage the school budget efficiently, allocating resources appropriately to support educational programs and initiatives.
- Provide professional development opportunities for staff, staying current with educational trends and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to education, safety, and student welfare.
- Master's degree in education or related field.
