Company intro: Webgility helps thousands of small to medium-sized multi-channel businesses automate their back-office jobs like accounting, shipping, inventory management, and more. We are looking for a talented, ambitious Sales Advisor to join our team. Job responsibilities:
Identify new customers through both inbound and outbound prospecting.
Prospect into CXOs, controllers, accountants, and small business owners through inbound and outbound channels.
Conduct discovery and product demonstrations to prospective clients showcasing the value and benefits of Webgility.
Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closures.
Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers
Work with internal and external stakeholders to get customers ready to implement Webgility software
Track and manage pipeline, forecast, sales activities, and performance metrics within CRM.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to provide insights and maintain a competitive edge.
Skills and Qualifications:
3+ years of sales experience working with B2B Saa S sales, preferably with small to mid-size e-commerce businesses.
Strong understanding of Saa S business models and sales strategies.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, technical, and organizational skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.
Proficiency in using CRM software tools like Hubspot/Salesforce.
Strong technical skills to learn and demonstrate software products.
1+ years of experience working with International clients (US customers a plus)

Location: This position is 100% remote in India, reliable internet connection is necessary to complete job duties. Compensation: INR 12 LPA base salary (based on experience) Annual INR 1,00,000 monthly commission(variable) + exciting spiffs (based on target)
