ROC Compliance Executive
Job Title: ROC Compliance Executive
Location: Poddar Court, Kolkata
Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month
We are seeking an experienced ROC Compliance Executive with an LLB qualification to join our team at Poddar Court, Kolkata. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in ROC (Registrar of Companies) compliance and a solid understanding of corporate laws and statutory regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely filing of ROC forms and other statutory documents.
- Prepare, review, and file annual returns, financial statements, and other necessary documents with MCA (Ministry of Corporate Affairs).
- Maintain statutory records, registers, and compliance with the Companies Act, 2013.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities, such as the ROC and MCA, for updates and clarifications.
- Assist in board meetings, drafting minutes, resolutions, and agendas.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and maintain proper documentation for audits.
Requirements:
- LLB qualification from a recognized university.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in ROC compliance and corporate legal affairs.
- Strong knowledge of the Companies Act, 2013, and ROC regulations.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and relevant legal software.
