What would you do? • Perform India Time & Expense processing and reporting, query resolution & related tasks. • Prepare On-Call and Shift Allowance report for India. • Analyze and do a validation of On-Call and Shift Allowance as per request raised of an employee. Perform analysis and prepare payroll reporting. • Close exit ticket with employee F&F input. • Work on projects related to Time & Expense and help team members as delegated.
What are we looking for? Basic Qualification: • Education: Minimum Graduate Degree in Accounting or Finance. preferably M Com/ MBA/CA(Inter)/ICWA(Inter) • Work Experience: 3-5 years Accounting / Finance operations or related experience. Experience can be reduced for candidate with professional qualification •Professional Qualification: • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills • SAP knowledge/experience preferred. • Good oral & written communication skills • Ability to collaborate across teams/functions
Roles and Responsibilities: •• Perform validation of On-Call and Shift Allowance report fortnightly and highlight in case of any data flow / other observations / gaps to CIO for resolution. • Managing pending On call and Allowance requests, Follow-up/Reminders on Approvals, Denials, etc.. • Managing any queries from employees, Requestor, Approver and HRPA. • Work with business and functional team including My TE global on any bugs/ issues and future enhancements. • Communication to stakeholders to highlight shift schedule changes, On Call / Shift allowance requests on mandatory holidays, approve pending transactions. • Maintain payroll reports, consolidated offline inputs + approvals etc., for internal audits Validation of recon and payroll reports. • Aiding in change management by hosting open hour sessions • Prepare Missing time report for countries handled and send to stakeholders. • Perform reconciliation for Holiday Payout on monthly basis. • Coordinate with Global My TE team for resolution on time & Expense. • Perform any projects/activities assigned by the Team Lead / Manager. • Works effectively with others within work team and department; contributes to an environment that promotes effective teamwork and collaboration. • Compile and update MIS for reporting to stakeholders. • Provide ideas and suggestion on process improvement and resolution of issues. • Ensure required statutory and policy compliance. • Adapts existing processes to new conditions and modifies processes to make them more effective. • Demonstrates effective verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on professionalism, tact and diplomacy.
