Restaurant Captain
A restaurant captain's responsibilities include:
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
- Managing the dining experience A restaurant captain is responsible for the overall dining experience of guests. This includes ensuring that the food and beverage service is excellent, the work environment is safe and clean, and that the highest quality products are served.
- Building guest loyalty A restaurant captain should establish rapport with guests to build loyalty and gather feedback. They should also be able to answer any questions that guests may have.
- Managing staff A restaurant captain should handle daily team member relations and encourage problem solving. They should also ensure that staff are well-groomed and that their appearance conforms to hotel standards.
- Maintaining inventory A restaurant captain should ensure that there are adequate supplies and materials.
- Ensuring equipment is working A restaurant captain should ensure that all fixtures and operating equipment are in good working condition.
- Making suggestions A restaurant captain should make suggestions to management about the general operation of the restaurant and food and beverage promotion.
