Reservation Executive
Experience : 2 to 3 year in Hotel / resorts reservations. Knowledge of WINHMS will be preferred.
Qualifications: Graduate (Preferable – Degree / Diploma in hotel management
Language; Fluency: English, Kannada & Hindi (Must)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month

- Manage Reservations: Handle bookings from various channels and ensure accurate data entry.
- Guest Relations: Provide excellent customer service, handle special requests, and coordinate with other departments.
- Revenue Management: Collaborate on pricing strategies, monitor booking trends, and identify upsell opportunities.
- System Management: Ensure smooth operation of the reservation
