Researcher /Principal Researcher: NDTS Res Group
Role description
Job responsibilities
1.Hands on experience in NDT (Ultrasonic, Electromagnetic/Optical/Thermal) sensor development.
- Responsible for the initiation, planning, defending, coordination and completion of high impact R&D projects in the area of NDT (Ultrasonic, Electromagnetic/Optical/Thermal) Sensor development.
- Can manage projects with small teams (2-3 members) and with external partners.
- Develops and utilises an external network to ensure successful delivery in the most cost-effective and timely manner.
- Develop the connection between industry and market dynamics in the relevant field.
2.Modelling and Simulations in the area of Electromagnetics
3.Developing the electromagnetic laboratory
4.Handling at least two projects in a year and assisting 2-3 members.
5.Fundamental research using Electromagnetic theory for different measurements and material characterisation.

Skill: Research experience in the field of NDT (Ultrasonic, Electromagnetic/Optical/Thermal) sensors development for industrial applications.

Qualification:
MTech/Ph D/M.S (Electrical and Electronics,CAD/CAM, Instrumentation, Mechanical, Mechatronics with the specialisation in NDT)
Minimum Experience:
Minimum 3 years of research experience in the field of NDT (Ultrasonic, Electromagnetic/Optical/Thermal) sensors development for industrial applications.
MTech/Ph D/M.S (Electrical and Electronics,CAD/CAM, Instrumentation, Mechanical, Mechatronics with the specialisation in NDT)
