Job Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Explaining customers, the different credit options available.
- Develop loan application and give recommendation for approval.
- Handle customer queries and take appropriate action to resolve them.
- Will be responsible to provide required service to the customers from first interaction till exit.
- Giving timely collection reminders to customers.
Requirements:
- Graduate Fresher OR Minimum 1 year of experience into sales of Unsecured Business Loans.
- Graduation in any Stream.
- Good communication skills, both written and spoken (English, Hindi and local language).
- Open to travel in rural interiors along with strong geographical knowledge (DL & Bike Mandatory).
