The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills in both Hindi and English and will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities:
Address customer inquiries and provide accurate and timely information in Hindi and English.

Adhere to company policies and procedures while managing customer interactions.
Qualifications:

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.

Ability to work efficiently in rotational shifts.
