Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to infants and children in the NICU and PICU.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions and vital signs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
- Educate and support families of patients.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Adhere to hospital policies and procedures and maintain a safe environment.
- Nursing degree (B.Sc. Nursing, GNM, or equivalent).
- Valid nursing license.
- Proven experience in NICU or PICU settings.
- Advanced certification in neonatal or pediatric care is a plus.
- Excellent clinical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in computer use for maintaining electronic health records and documentation.
