Aashakiran IVF Private Limited, a leading fertility and reproductive healthcare provider, is seeking dedicated and qualified Female Nursing Staff to join our team at the Bathinda Center. As a Full-Time Nursing Staff member, you will play a crucial role in providing compassionate and high-quality patient care within our state-of-the-art fertility center.
### Responsibilities:
1. *Patient Care:*
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients undergoing fertility treatments.
- Monitor and assess patients' health conditions during various stages of treatment.
2. *Treatment Assistance:*
- Assist physicians and fertility specialists in the administration of treatments and procedures.
- Ensure the comfort and well-being of patients before, during, and after medical procedures.
3. *Medication Administration:*
- Administer medications as prescribed by physicians.
- Educate patients on medication protocols and self-administration, as necessary.
4. *Monitoring and Documentation:*
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records.
- Monitor vital signs, document patient progress, and report any significant changes to the medical team.
5. *Patient Education:*
- Provide patients with information on fertility treatments, medications, and post-treatment care.
- Address patient queries and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
6. *Collaboration:*
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to care planning.
7. *Quality Assurance:*
- Adhere to established protocols and quality standards.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in patient care.
8. *Infection Control:*
- Implement and adhere to infection control measures to maintain a sterile and safe environment.
### Qualifications and Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
- Valid nursing license from the relevant regulatory authority.
- Proven experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in reproductive medicine or fertility care.
- Strong clinical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to healthcare.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
