Job Description: Registered Nurse
1. Patient Care: Provide direct nursing care to patients, ensuring their safety, comfort, and health
.2. Medical Assessments: Conduct regular assessments of patients’ health conditions and monitor vital signs
.3. Administering Medications: Dispense medications as prescribed by physicians and monitor patients for side effects
.4. Care Planning: Develop, implement, and update individualized patient care plans in collaboration with healthcare teams.
5. Medical Procedures: Perform and assist in medical procedures such as wound care, IV insertion, catheterization, and more.
6. Patient Education: Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, medications, and post-hospital care
7. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including medical histories, treatment plans, and progress notes
.8. Collaboration: Work closely with doctors, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic patient care
.9. Infection Control: Follow infection control protocols to prevent the spread of infections within healthcare settings.
10. Emergency Response: Act quickly and efficiently in emergencies to provide life-saving interventions
.11. Emotional Support: Offer emotional support and counseling to patients and their families during stressful times.
12. Compliance: Ensure adherence to hospital policies, state regulations, and professional nursing standards
.13. Continued Education: Stay up-to-date with the latest medical procedures, treatments, and nursing practices through continuing education
.14. Patient Advocacy: Act as a patient advocate, ensuring the rights and well-being of patients are upheld at all times
.15. Supervision: Supervise and mentor junior nursing staff and nursing students as needed.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
