Job description
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Lead the R&D team, fostering innovation and collaboration.
- Develop research strategies, identify trends, and drive innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product design and marketing, to bring new products to market.
- Manage the R&D budget, ensure compliance with regulations.
- Establish KPIs, assess project progress, and report to management.
- Oversee the production process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety.
- Implement and monitor quality control standards.
- Ensure the efficient and timely production of cosmetic products.
- Coordinate with the supply chain department to ensure timely procurement of raw materials.
- Optimize production processes for cost-effectiveness and sustainability.
- Msc in Pharmacy/Bio-tech/Chemical
- Proven experience in a skincare R&D and production role
- Excellent project and time management skills
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams
- Experience with regulatory compliance and product safety standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to innovate and problem-solve while working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills
- Interest in sustainability and ethical sourcing practices
- Experience working in a vertically-integrated manufacturing environment is a plus
- Strong understanding of cosmetic chemistry, manufacturing processes, and industry regulations
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Raipur, Chhattisgarh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
- Master's (Preferred)
