Provide accurate and comprehensive information about our products, services, promotions, and company policies.
Address customer concerns, complaints, and escalations with empathy and problem-solving skills to ensure customer satisfaction.
Proactively identify and resolve customer issues, striving for first-contact resolution whenever possible.
Maintain customer records and update relevant information in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Collaborate with other departments, such as Sales, Marketing, and Operations, to resolve customer-related issues and improve the overall customer experience.
Upsell and cross-sell products to customers based on their needs and preferences.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices to provide accurate information to customers.
Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer care processes and contribute ideas for enhancing the customer experience.
