Job Title: Project Trainer

Job Summary:
The Trainer is responsible for delivering training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of employees or clients. The role involves assessing training needs, developing course content, and facilitating engaging and effective learning sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
● Conduct Training Programs: Deliver in-person and virtual training sessions on various
topics such as product knowledge, soft skills, technical skills, and compliance.
● Develop Training Materials: Create and update training manuals, e-learning modules,
and other instructional materials.
● Assess Training Needs: Collaborate with management and team leads to identify areas
where training is required.
● Evaluate Training Effectiveness: Collect and analyze feedback to improve training
programs and ensure objectives are met.
● Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest training trends, tools, and technologies to
ensure the training programs are up-to-date and relevant.
● Mentor and Coach: Provide one-on-one coaching or mentoring sessions as needed to
support individual development.
● Record Keeping: Maintain records of training attendance, materials used, and
outcomes for reporting and compliance purposes.
Required Qualifications:
● Min. 5 years of experience as a Trainer or similar role, with expertise in specific areas
(e.g., technical, soft skills, compliance).
● Excellent communication and presentation skills.
● Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
● Proficiency in using training software and tools.
