As a Project Supervisor at Trend Works, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution ofdiverse projects within our coworking spaces. This role requires strong organizational skills, as youwill manage multidisciplinary teams, coordinate with clients and contractors, and ensure projects arecompleted on time and within budget. Your focus on quality, safety, and effective communication willbe essential in maintaining the high standards that define Trend Works.Project Management: Supervise on-site teams, including engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.Plan, delegate, and monitor tasks to ensure projects meet quality standards, efficiency targets, andproductivity goals.Client Communication: Maintain professional communication with clients and contractors,addressing any concerns and ensuring a smooth project delivery.Material & Resource Planning: Assist the Projects Manager in planning the delivery of materialsand equipment, ensuring alignment with the project timeline and coworking space needs.Information Dissemination: Ensure all relevant project details, including timelines and scope, areclearly communicated to all engineering and operational staff involved in the project.Site Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of work areas and operations, ensuring compliancewith safety standards and reporting findings to the appropriate personnel.Equipment Maintenance: Verify that all machinery, tools, and equipment are in proper workingcondition for all projects under your supervision.Health & Safety Compliance: Review, communicate, and enforce all safety procedures, including Risk Assessments, and Safe Working Procedures, to ensure a safe working environment for allemployees, contractors, visitors, and other stakeholders.Incident Reporting & Investigation: Ensure that all incidents, including accidents, environmentalconcerns, and equipment damage, are reported promptly and thoroughly investigated. Take action toaddress both immediate and underlying causes.Risk Management: Make regular Health and Safety observations, identify potential risks, and ensurecompliance with site rules and other safety instructions through effective supervision and monitoring.Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or arelated field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably within the construction,facilities management, Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in construction and facilitymanagement. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interactprofessionally with clients, contractors, and team members. Highly organized with strong attention to detail, capable of managing multiple projectssimultaneously.
