Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day production activities and ensure efficient workflow.
- Monitor and maintain production schedules to meet deadlines and targets.

- Train and manage production staff, providing guidance and support when needed.
- Oversee equipment maintenance and ensure all machinery is in good working condition.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the workplace.

- Maintain production records and report performance metrics to management.
- Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of production processes, machinery, and quality control standards.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred.
