Internal Auditor
Job Title: Internal Auditor
Location: Ludhiana, Punjab
Salary: ₹30,000 - ₹35,000 per month
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Internal Auditor to join our finance team in Ludhiana. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive audits to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, compliance with policies, and risk management processes. This role requires a strong analytical mindset and the ability to identify areas for improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct internal audits across various departments to assess compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Prepare and present detailed audit reports, including findings, risks, and actionable recommendations for management.
Collaborate with department heads to evaluate and enhance internal processes and controls.
Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and conduct follow-up audits as necessary.
Identify potential risks and recommend improvements to mitigate them effectively.
Assist in the development of annual audit plans based on risk assessment.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in auditing and compliance.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Relevant certifications such as Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or equivalent are preferred.
Proven experience as an Internal Auditor or in a similar role, preferably within an auditing or finance department.
Strong knowledge of auditing standards, internal controls, and compliance regulations.
Proficiency in audit software and MS Office Suite, especially Excel.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
