Job Description: Production Executive – Cadmium Recovery Plant
Position: Production Executive
Location: Rajasthan
Department: Production
Reports to: Plant Manager

Pay: ₹10,802.85 - ₹33,364.61 per month

Position: Production Executive

Reports to: Plant Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations in the Cadmium recovery plant, ensuring smooth production processes in Cadmium distillation and reduction.
- Monitor and control the Cadmium recovery process to ensure maximum efficiency and product quality.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols, environmental standards, and regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate with the engineering and maintenance teams to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues.
- Optimize production workflows to improve output and reduce waste or downtime.
- Maintain production records and prepare detailed reports on recovery rates, yields, and performance metrics.
- Supervise a team of operators, providing guidance and ensuring compliance with plant standards.
- Assist in the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives in the recovery process.
- B.Tech in Metallurgy or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Cadmium recovery, including distillation and reduction processes.
- Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations related to metallurgical processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Hands-on experience in Cadmium recovery plant operations.
- Proficiency in production monitoring and reporting tools.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
